Non-Exclusive vs Exclusive > GO DIRECTLY TO BEATS <

» There's a Difference

Non-Exclusive, means you can use the beats in demos, samples or whatever you want, as long as you do not resell the beats. The beats are copyrighted to Nukem Productions. Non-exclusive beats may be used by one artist or many. Non-exclusive beats are cheaper, but you run the risk of putting together a hot track only to hear the same beat used by someone else. Therefore, if you want your tracks to be unique, we recommend Exclusive beats.

Exclusive, means you own rights to the track. What this means is if you're just doing a project with no intention of high production, commercial selling, then get yourself some non-exclusive beats. However, if you are looking to make a profit from your music, you NEED exclusive instrumentals. Our Exclusive beats are reasonably priced, starting at $199.95.

All of our beats and instrumentals are original. Each original beat or instrumental sold as Exclusive will only be sold ONCE! Once a beat or instrumental has been sold to an artist or group, it will be marked as purchased and not re-sold. Therefore, exclusive beats or instrumentals purchased from Nukem Productions may be copyrighted by the buyer as their own and may be used for commercial purposes. Our Non-Exclusive beats are reasonably priced at $9.95.

All of our beats are originally available as Exclusive. If a beat is not sold as Exclusive, we'll make it available as Non-Exclusive.

All of our rap beats, hip hop beats, and R&B instrumentals are made using today's industry standard equipment and software programs. The producers at Nukem Productions use 2 PC based workstations with Intel Dual Core processor PCs, Yamaha Midi keyboards, Acid Pro 7, FL Studio 7 XXL, including a full compliment of Generators/Softsynths and numerous sound modules, VST Plug-Ins (virtual synthesizers, virtual instruments) and samples. Our goal is to provide beats and instrumentals that will inspire you.

Genre

» Artists and Instrumentals Are Unique

Nukem Productions does not categorize its beats and instrumentals by genre. Our reasoning is that we feel that music development is unique to its creator. We do not want to persuade nor limit various groups from trying something different. There is no rule to prevent east coast rappers from using west coast beats or dirty south beats. Many hip-hop rappers use a combination of beats, including R&B instrumentals to develop their own unique sound. Therefore, we encourage artists of various backgrounds to use different genres of music.
