You will receive an instant downloading of a 320kbps mp3 file, plus all mixed down files delivered on CD. Non-Exclusive (Leased), means you can use the beats in demos, samples or whatever you want, as long as you do not resell the beats. The beats are copyrighted to Nukem Productions. Genre

Nukem Productions does not categorize its beats and instrumentals by genre. Our reasoning is that we feel that music development is unique to its creator. We do not want to persuade nor limit various groups from trying something different. There is no rule to prevent east coast rappers from using west coast beats or dirty south beats. Many hip-hop rappers use a combination of beats, including R&B instrumentals to develop their own unique sound. Therefore, we encourage artists of various backgrounds to use different genres of music.
