Can I use these beats on my album? Demo? Mix-tape? Website?
» Yes. For non-exclusive beats, just put "Beat Produced by Nukem Productions" on the CD. For Exclusive beats, all the rights are yours. Do with it as you please.

Can I sell the song(s) I make with these beats?
» Only exclusive beats can be used for reselling or major distribution.

Do I owe you royalties for selling songs/albums using those beats?
» No, the moment you purchase the beat, it's yours, and you don't owe us anything. We keep the right to exclusive beats our archives as a beat that we created. All our non-exclusive beats are 100% royalty free.

Should I give you credit on my albums if I use those beats?
» For non-exclusive beats, no one gets exclusive rights so put "Beat Produced by Nukem Productions" on the CD. For exclusive beats, you are not required give us credit, but we'd appreciate it if you did.

How long are the beats?
» Our beats have full length prearranged tracks. These tracks vary in length, however they are all over 3:00 each. You can edit them how ever you like to get the right time you need.

What format do the beats come in?
» Exclusive beats will be provided as a direct download in 320 kbps mp3 format, and on CD in both 320 kbps mp3 format and uncompressed 16-bit 44.1 khz wave format, which is compatible with most major software programs like Acid, Pro Tools, Qbase, and more.

Will the beat that I get be tagged with a voiceover?
» No! The beats are untagged. The voice you hear on the previews are only to protect them from being stolen. Purchased beats that are downloaded or received on CD will NOT be tagged with a voiceover.

Can you hook me up with a deal with a label?
» Nukem Productions is not an A&R company and is not currently helping artists with contacts, performance deals, etc. We may look to promote artists in the future.
