Non-Exclusive vs Exclusive Beats
Non-Exclusive, means you can use the beats in demos, samples or whatever you want, as long as you do not resell the beats. The beats are copyrighted to Nukem Productions. Non-exclusive beats may be used by one artist or many. Non-exclusive beats are cheaper, but you run the risk of putting together a hot track only to hear the same beat used by someone else. Therefore, if you want your tracks to be unique, we recommend Exclusive beats.
Exclusive, means you own rights to the track. What this means is if you're just doing a project with no intention of high production, commercial selling, then get yourself some non-exclusive beats.
