TERMS OF USE AND LICENCES
Nukem Productions Exclusive License
The exclusive rights & copyright of the musical compositions offered by Nukem Productions
are transfered to the customer. This agreement grants the customer the exclusive rights to use the acquired beat for all purposes,
including: Audio Albums, Radio Advertisement, Commercial Advertisement, Television and/or Radio Broadcast, Internet Background Music,
On-Hold & In-House Background Music, and/or Film Soundtracks.
Nukem Productions Limited-Exclusive License
The exclusive rights & copyright of the musical compositions offered by Nukem Productions
are transfered to the customer. This agreement grants the customer the exclusive rights to use the acquired beat for all purposes,
including: Audio Albums, Radio Advertisement, Commercial Advertisement, Television and/or Radio Broadcast, Internet Background Music,
On-Hold & In-House Background Music, and/or Film Soundtracks.
Nukem Productions Non-Exclusive License
The royalty free non-exclusive musical compositions purchased by licensee remain
the property of Nukem Productions and are licensed, not sold, to you the licensee. The License expressly forbids resale or other
distribution of Nukem Productions compositions. Additionally, specific limitations exist for Recording Artists where Nukem Productions
musical instrumentals and/or beats can only be used for demonstration purposes and must adhere to the rules of "synchronization"
where ADDITIONAL AUDIO AND VOCAL PERFORMANCES are recorded against and with Nukem Productions compositions. You may not sell, loan,
rent, lease, assign, or transfer all OR any of the products to another user, or for use in any competitive product. All distributed
works must show the following legal music credit; Music Producer: NukemProductions.com
Nukem Productions Free Beats Creative Commons License
Nukem Productions keeps the copyright, but allows licensee to copy and
distribute the Nukem Productions' work provided you give us credit -- and only on the conditions specified here. Creative Commons License
is free and may be used for non-commercial purposes as long as credit is given to "Nukem Productions". Nukem Productions Free Beats may
NOT be copyrighted by the end user as their own. Free beats are copyrighted by Nukem Productions. All distributed
works must show the following legal music credit; Music Producer: NukemProductions.com
